  • WaitlistFills a cancelled table on its own. No phone calls.
  • EventsA date you sell seats to.
  • ExperiencesA set menu paid up front, split across the table.

Your guests book with a phone number — no account, no app, no card, no marketplaces, no sales funnels, no sales teams, no AI dashboards. Reservations software made for service.

You pay €0.25 a booking, and that is the whole bill: no monthly fee, no minimum, no contract.

Reservations without deposits

Verified numbers and a Turn Score adjust availability based on customer reliability across our global network. Prepaid tables take full payment for set menus, big groups or busy periods, while score-based availability stops the drop-outs — and protects your busiest times.

One system, your shape

Reservations and a waiting list together. An events app. Or a walk-in room that never takes a booking at all and runs on the list alone. Every part switches on and off — services, turn times, which tables the internet can see, what a guest is asked for, how the waiting list behaves. Set it up the way you already work.

Book with a phone number No account, no password, no app. The number is the whole login, and one texted link changes or cancels the booking.
No deposits and no card details Turn never asks a guest for a card. No-shows are handled by a reliability score rather than by holding somebody's money.
The booking in the phone's wallet One tap puts the table on the lock screen in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with a code the restaurant scans on arrival. Built in, not a paid pass service.
Passes that update themselves Move a booking and the pass moves on the guest's phone by itself, with a notification. Cancel it and the pass says cancelled.
Cancelling from the lock screen The back of the pass links straight to changing or cancelling, so a guest who cannot make it is two taps from freeing your table instead of just not appearing.
Messages on the booking itself A guest talks to the restaurant on their own booking page, or on WhatsApp. Every message is tied to its booking, and replies cost the restaurant nothing.
Waiting list with real wait times Every waiting party is planned onto a table with a live wait, and one tap texts them back when it's ready. Guests join from a link in your bio, and it works for places that take no bookings at all.
Prepaid set menus Sell a set menu or a group table paid up front, straight into the restaurant's own Stripe account, and let the party split the bill. Available in the 30 countries where Stripe can pay restaurants.
Every guest is a verified number A booking is only confirmed when the guest taps the link texted to that phone, so nobody books a table on somebody else's number.
Live the same afternoon Sign up, add your tables and hours, start taking bookings. No sales call, no onboarding fee, no migration, no minimum term.
Reliability scores, both ways Guests build a score by turning up, which quietly gates the best tables. Restaurants are scored too, on honouring bookings and seating on time, and that one is public.
Tables pushed together A party of ten at a place with no ten-top is offered two fives, automatically, and only when no single table fits.
The whole service on one timeline Tables down the side, the evening across the top. Drag a booking to move it; free, booked, sat, held back and out of service all read at a glance.
Walk-ins and held-back tables Keep the bar two-tops and the window off the internet for walk-ins, while still seating anyone on them yourself.
Turn times that fit the party A deuce and a ten-top are not given the same table length, because they do not take the same time.
Allergies and notes to the kitchen Whatever a guest writes travels with the booking, and they can change it right up to the table.
A team link with no login Floor staff open one link on the pass to seat and finish tables. It cannot reach billing or settings.
Reminders and after-visit feedback Day-of confirmations and a feedback request, included rather than sold as a messaging add-on.
A live bill you can read The meter shows what you owe, itemised, before you are charged. Per booking made — no monthly fee, no minimum, no contract.
Tell tonight's tables anything, free The chicken is off, or the kitchen is twenty minutes behind. One message reaches every guest booked tonight as a lock-screen notification, at no cost, because it travels on the pass rather than as a text.
Time left on every table, live What is sat, what is finishing and how long is left on each — counted from when they sat down, not from when they booked.
A cancellation becomes a post A table frees up late and Turn writes the post, ready to go out: the empty 8pm two-top on a story in one tap.
Availability guests can actually see Real times with real end times, so a guest knows what they are getting and staff are not fielding calls about how long they have the table.
Texts in the guest's language Confirmations, reminders and the waiting list go out in the guest's own language — fourteen of them, picked from their phone.
A social centre Free tables, tonight's availability, the waiting list and your booking link, each as a ready-made post with the caption written.
A brief on every guest Visits here, no-shows, allergies and a note that follows the guest, one tap from the booking. Staff get the night as a sheet.
A walk-in screen that knows the room Which tables are free right now and for how long, so a quick two can take a table wanted at nine.
Block a table for an hour A sitting, a day, or between two times — with a text to anyone already booked in the way.
Service helper for hosts coming soon Which table takes the walk-in without breaking the 8pm booking. Where guests actually are and when they will really arrive. Capacity worked out as service runs.
